صرف ہم ہی نہیں بلکہ تمام ہولسیلر اور ریسیلر کو بھی “ٹین پیک دیسی گھی” ملے گا۔۔۔۔
یعنی کہ اگر آپ کی بھی خواہش ہے برینڈ بننے کی تو بندہ آپ کا مکمل ساتھ دے گا۔ ان شاءاللہ کسی خیر خواہ نے ایسی دعادی کہ مہینوں کا کام دنوں میں ہونے لگا ہے الحمدللہ۔کتنا عرصہ ہوا،کئی بار سفر کیا،معلومات لیں،جنہوں نے بنوایا ان سے فائدہ نقصان معلوم کی،احتیاط بتائیں۔کن غلطیوں سے بچنا چاہیے۔ جب مکمل شرح صدر ہوگیا تو بسم اللہ پڑھ کر “حسین کین” کو آڈر دے دیا۔ ان شاءاللہ ستمبر کے مہینے سے ہمارا #دیسی_گھی ٹین پیکنگ میں دستیاب ہوگا۔
باقی ہم پلاسٹک کے جار کیوں چھوڑنا چاہتے ہیں اور ٹین کی طرف کیوں آئے۔؟؟
اس پر پھر کبھی بات کریں گے ان شاءاللہ۔
آج صرف “ٹین پیک” پر بات کرتے ہیں۔شروع سے عادت رہی ہے کہ ہر چیز ایسے کھول کر تفصیل سے بتائیں کہ گاہک کسی بھی قسم کے اندھیرے میں نہ رہیں۔جب بھی آپ اس طرح کا کوئی کام کرنا چاہیں تو مکمل رہنمائی لیں۔ اچھے مٹیریل کا کیا ریٹ ہے۔؟کم سے کم کتنا مال بنوانا ہوگا۔؟اس کی کوالٹی کا کیا ریٹ ہے۔؟اور آپ کو کتنی انویسٹمنٹ درکار ہے۔؟یہ اس لیے بتارہا ہوں کہ ہمارے لاہور کے ایک بہت اچھے دوست بڑا نقصان اٹھا چکیں ہیں۔
انہوں نے 3 ہزار ڈبہ بنوایا۔دیسی گھی پیک کیا اور چند دنوں میں گھی سرخ ہوگیا۔یعنی خراب ہوگیا۔کتنا نقصان ہوا۔؟140 روپے کا 1 ڈبہ۔؟گاڑی کا خرچہ۔؟ پھر ٹین پیکنگ کی الگ سے مشین غالبا 2 سے 3 لاکھ کی! تقریباً 100 کلو گھی پیک کیا۔نقصان کا تخمینہ لگائیں اور پھر میری بات توجہ سے سنیں۔
کبھی بھی ادھوری معلومات اور جلد بازی میں فیصلہ نا کریں۔چند پیسے بچانے کے لیے بہت بڑے نقصان کا خطرہ مول نا لیں۔
ٹین پیک۔میں سب سے اہم چیز “لیکر” اور جوڑ پر لگنے والی سفید لیمینشن ہے۔اس کے بعد “ایزی اوپنر!یعنی اوپر لگنے والا ڈھکن ہے اور اچھے مٹیریل میں 1 ڈبہ 160 سے 170 کے درمیان ہوتاہے۔
پھر 1 سائز میں 7000 سے کم پیس نہیں بنتا۔
ہاں لوکل لوگ بنادیں گے۔ قیمت بھی بڑھ جائے گی اور وہ لیکر بھی فوڈ گریٹ نہیں لگائیں گےاور سفید لیمینشن جو سب سے اہم ہے وہ “حسین کین” کے علاوہ کوئی بھی نہیں کرتا ۔
اب آپ کہیں گے کہ اس پر تو بہت زیادہ خرچہ ہے۔جی ہاں بالکل ہے۔لیکن جہاں آپ کا سوچا تو وہیں آپ کے لیے بھی سوچتا ہوں۔اگر آپ نے بل بغور پڑھا ہو تو اس میں بغیر پرنٹنگ کے بھی ڈبہ بنوایا ہے ۔یعنی اگر ہولسیلر بھی اپنی پیکنگ ٹین پیک میں کروانا چاہے تو آپ نے صرف 500 سے 1000 اسٹیکرز بنوانا ہے۔آپ کے حصے کی انویسٹمنٹ بندہ کرچکاہے۔بس آپ اسٹیکر بنوائیں پیکنگ بندہ آپ کو کروادے گا۔

Meaning, if you also wish to become a brand, we will fully support you. By the grace of Allah, someone’s sincere prayers have made months of work possible in just days, Alhamdulillah. It has been quite a while, I have traveled several times, gathered information, asked those who have produced it about profits and losses, and learned precautions — which mistakes to avoid. Once I was completely satisfied, I said Bismillah and placed an order with “Hussain Can”. Insha’Allah, starting from September, our #Desi_Ghee will be available in tin packaging.
As for why we want to leave plastic jars and move to tin packaging — we’ll talk about that some other time, Insha’Allah.
Today, let’s just talk about the “Tin Pack“. From the start, it has been my habit to explain everything in detail so customers are never left in the dark. Whenever you want to start such a business, get complete guidance. What’s the rate for good material? What’s the minimum quantity you need to order? What’s the cost for good quality? And how much investment do you need? I’m sharing this because one of our very good friends from Lahore has suffered a huge loss.
They ordered 3,000 tins, packed them with Desi Ghee, and within a few days, the ghee turned red — meaning it got spoiled. How much was the loss? Rs. 140 per tin? Transportation cost? Then there’s the separate tin packaging machine costing around 200,000 to 300,000 PKR! They packed around 100 kilos of ghee. Just estimate the loss and then pay close attention to my advice.
Never make decisions with incomplete information or in haste. Don’t risk huge losses just to save a little money.
In tin packaging, the most important thing is the “lacquer” and the white lamination used on the seams. After that comes the “easy opener” — the lid on top — and for good material, one tin costs between Rs. 160 to Rs. 170.
And in one size, you cannot get fewer than 7,000 pieces made.
Yes, local manufacturers will make them, but the price will increase, and they won’t use food-grade lacquer, and that important white lamination — no one except “Hussain Can” does it properly.
Now you might say, “This costs too much!” Yes, absolutely. But just as I think about myself, I also think about you. If you have read the bill carefully, you’ll notice that I even ordered tins without printing. This means that if a wholesaler also wants to have their tin packaging made, they only need to get 500 to 1,000 stickers made. I have already made the investment for your part — you just get the stickers and I’ll arrange the packaging for you.
