اچھی بھلی #گھی کی پہچان تھی پھر بھی میں فیل ہوگیا تھا۔۔۔ کیسے جعلی دودھ بنایا۔۔۔ پھر مکھن بھی صحیح نکلا۔۔۔۔ اور گھی کی خوشبو بھی۔۔۔ یعنی میں مکمل طور پر فیل ہوگیا تھا۔۔۔۔ نقصان اتنا بڑا تھا کہ کئی دن حواس باختہ رہا۔۔۔ کھانے پینے اور نیند بھول چکا تھا۔۔۔ اسی دن عہد کیا تھا۔۔۔کہ اپنی لیب بناؤں گا۔۔۔ اب دھوکہ دہی اور ملاوٹ پکڑنا انسان کے لیے مشکل ہوگیا ہے۔۔۔۔ سائنس اور لیب اس کا بہترین حل ہیں۔۔۔۔ 1 چیز میں اگر لیب سے نکل گیا تو دوسری میں پھنس جائے گا۔۔۔ جعلی گھی لیب سے کسی صورت نہیں نکل سکتا۔۔۔۔ میرے ساتھ دھوکہ ہوا۔۔۔۔ نقصان ہوا۔۔۔پیسہ ضائع ہوا۔۔۔ لیکن وہ جعلی مال آپ کو کھلانا گوارا نہیں کیا۔۔۔۔ اور حقیقت آپ کے سامنے رکھ دی تھی۔۔۔ لیکن موقع کی تلاش میں لگے ہوئے لوگوں نے مجھے خوب لتاڑا۔۔۔ ٹھٹھہ کیا۔۔۔ میں سر جھکا کر بیٹھا رہا۔۔۔۔ کہ الحمدللہ میں نے کسی سے دھوکہ نہیں کیا۔۔۔ شاید ایسی مثال آپ کے سامنے نا آئی ہو۔۔۔کسی نے ببانگ دہل اپنی غلطی کا اعتراف کر کے اپنی شکست تسلیم کی ہو۔۔۔۔ اور پھر جن کے پاس جعلی مال گیا سب سے واپس منگوایا۔۔۔ اپنے خرچہ پر۔۔۔ اسی قیمت میں پھر دوبارہ ان کو اصلی گھی بھجوایا۔۔۔ صرف اس لیے کہ لوگ ہماری ٹوپی اور داڑھی کی وجہ سے اعتماد کرتے ہیں۔۔۔۔ ان کے اعتبار کو ٹھیس نا پہنچے۔۔۔
کام الحمدللہ بہت بڑا ہے۔۔۔ لوگوں کے اعتماد کا بھاری بھرکم بوجھ میرے سر پر ہے۔۔۔۔ اتنے دودھ کے لیے ہزاروں جانور کہاں سے لاؤں۔۔۔ اگرچہ اپنے بھی جانور ہیں۔۔۔ لیکن ناکافی۔۔۔ ایسے ہی جھوٹھی بھڑک مار دوں کے میرے اپنے جانوروں کا دودھ ہے۔۔۔ نا غلط بات اپنے ضرور ہیں الحمدللہ لیکن تھوڑے ہیں۔۔۔ اللہ زیادہ بھی دے گا ان شاءاللہ
چاروں ناچار باہر سے دودھ لینا پڑتا ہے۔۔۔ جب کسی اور سے مال اٹھاتے ہیں تو کھوٹا کھرا سب آتا ہے۔۔۔۔
بندہ اتنا مہان تو ہے نہیں کہ کھوٹے کھرے کی پہچان دیکھتے ہی کر لے۔۔۔ جہاں بڑے بڑے ترم خان ہار مان جائیں وہاں میرے جیسا معمولی سا بندہ کیا حیثیت رکھتا ہے۔۔۔۔ تو ہم نے بسم اللہ کر کے لیب پر کام شروع کیا۔۔۔۔ پہلے خود سیکھا۔۔۔ لیب کی فیلڈ کے دوستوں سے تعاون لیا۔۔۔

کے خلاف اور ضمنا میرے خلاف بھی پوسٹ لکھ ماری۔۔۔ میرے ساتھ ساتھ بیچارے بٹیرو ریفریکٹومیٹر کی بھی درگت بناڈالی۔۔۔۔ جب کہ وہ خود کبھی بھی پنجاب فوڈ اتھارٹی یا کسی بھی اچھی لیب نہیں گئے۔
میں نے خود فون کر کے انہیں سمجھایا اور بتایا کہ آپ کی معلومات غلط ہیں۔۔۔ فوڈ اتھارٹی کی لیب لے جانے کی بھی پیشکش کی اور اپنے غریب خانے آنے کی بھی درخواست کی۔۔۔ پھر یہ بھی کہا کہ میں خود آجاتا ہوں اپنا آلہ لے کر۔۔۔ آپ اس سے جعلی گھی کو پاس کروا کر دکھائیں۔۔۔۔ رحیم یار خان کا جب بھی چکر لگا جاکر دھرنہ دوں گا کہ آپ یا تو رجوع کریں یا اسے فیل کر کے دکھائیں ۔۔۔ الزام تراشی یا مقابلہ بازی کی عادت نہیں ۔۔۔۔ لیکن کسی کی محنت پر سب و شتم کرنا کہاں کا اصول ہے۔۔۔۔ اختلاف اچھی بات ہے لیکن گوگل پر بیٹھ کر معلومات لینا کافی نہیں ۔۔۔۔ میدان میں اتریں۔۔۔پانی کی گہرائی کو دیکھیں۔۔۔۔ حقیقت کو پرکھیں۔۔۔ پھر بات کریں۔۔۔ لیکن کسی کی محنت کو یکسر نظر انداز کرنا۔۔۔۔ جو دل میں آیا لکھ دینا۔۔۔۔ اس فعل کو اگر حسد اور بغض کا نام دوں تو یہ مناسب نہیں۔۔۔ کئی سلجھے ہوئے دوستوں کو بھی یہ برا لگے گا۔۔۔ چلیں میں برا ہوں۔۔۔ جو کہنا ہے کہیں۔۔۔ لیکن جو مشین ایک کام کے لیے بنائی گئی ہے۔۔۔ آپ اسی میں کیڑے نکالنے لگ گئے۔۔۔۔

دونوں بڑی لیب نے متفقہ طور پر کہا کہ سب سے پہلے ہم اسی پر چیک کرتے ہیں اور اس کے بعد دیگر ٹیسٹ لگاتے ہیں ۔۔۔آج تک ایسا نہیں ہوا کہ کوئی گھی بٹیرو
پر تو پاس ہوجائے لیکن دوسروں ٹیسٹوں میں فیل ہو جائے.۔۔۔ %75
گھی کی کوالٹی کا اسی پر پتہ چل جاتا ہے۔۔۔ پھر کیونکہ خصوصی سفارش سے گیا تھا۔۔۔۔ اور ساتھ میں فیس بھی بھری تو میری درخواست پر مختلف ملاوٹ کر کے تجربات میری تسلی کے لیے کیے گئے۔۔۔ اور کوئی بھی ملاوٹی گھی پاس نہیں ہوا۔۔۔

It had not yet been digested by some people, and now we have started moving further ahead. If we get caught up responding to objections, then the real work will be left behind — and time is our most precious resource. We are not in the habit of accusations or competition. Our only drive is to move forward with passion, hard work, and effort.

You may remember that last year I suffered a huge loss. Despite having seven years of experience, I fell into the trap of some very cunning and deceitful fraudsters. I had a good understanding of identifying ghee, yet I still failed. They made fake milk, extracted butter properly, and even created the aroma of ghee. In short, I was completely deceived.

The loss was so severe that I was in shock for days — I couldn’t eat, drink, or sleep. That very day, I made a vow: I will build my own lab. Because today, it has become very difficult for a person to detect fraud and adulteration on their own. Science and labs are the best solution. If you escape one trap without testing, you will fall into another. Fake ghee can never pass through a lab test.

Yes, I was deceived. Yes, I suffered loss. Yes, I wasted money. But I could not bring myself to feed you that fake product. Instead, I placed the truth before you. Yet, those waiting for an opportunity mocked me, ridiculed me. I kept silent, with my head lowered, because Alhamdulillah, I did not deceive anyone. Perhaps you have not seen an example like this before — where someone openly admitted their mistake, accepted their failure, and then recalled all the fake products from the buyers at their own expense, replacing them with genuine ghee at the same price.

Why? Only because people trust us due to our appearance — our cap and beard. I could not allow that trust to be broken.

This work is enormous, Alhamdulillah, and the heavy burden of people’s trust rests on my shoulders. Where will I get thousands of animals to produce so much milk? I do own some animals, but they are not enough. I could have easily made the false claim that all the milk comes from my own animals. But that would be wrong. Yes, I do own some animals, Alhamdulillah, and I pray Allah will grant me more, Insha’Allah.

But for now, I am compelled to buy milk from outside. And when you source from others, you get both good and bad. I am not so skilled that I can detect every form of adulteration at first glance. When even the most experienced experts get deceived, what chance does someone like me have?

So, I began the lab project with Bismillah. First, I learned myself. Then I sought cooperation from friends in the field of lab science.

To check RM Value, machines were easily available within Pakistan, Alhamdulillah. But when it came to PR Butyro Refractometer, especially a digital one from the top Japanese company Atago, we couldn’t find it anywhere. Indian models were available, but they were manual and had many issues. Some digital versions were also seen, but none that truly solved the problems.

After much struggle, by the grace of Allah, we finally succeeded in obtaining one. But our effort displeased some people — how could anyone progress beyond them? So, they wrote posts against the PR Butyro Refractometer, and indirectly against me as well. They criticized not only me but also unfairly ridiculed the poor refractometer. Ironically, they themselves had never visited Punjab Food Authority or any reputable lab.

I personally called them to explain and informed them that their information was incorrect. I even offered to take the machine to the Food Authority lab, or to welcome them at my humble place, or even to bring it to them myself. I challenged them: pass fake ghee through this machine if you can. Whenever I visit Rahim Yar Khan, I’ll stage a sit-in if necessary until you either retract your claims or prove the machine wrong.

I am not in the habit of accusations or competition. But is it fair to ridicule someone’s hard work without proper knowledge? Disagreement is healthy, but relying on Google alone is not enough. Step into the field, test the depth of the waters, examine the reality — and then speak. Simply dismissing someone’s effort out of envy or spite is not right. Many sensible friends also found this criticism unfair.

Fine, call me wrong. Say whatever you like about me. But why find faults in a machine that was specifically designed for this purpose?

After these objections, I took my machine to PCSIR and Punjab Food Authority for further verification. I paid their heavy testing fees from my own pocket and asked them: tell me how much difference exists between your expensive instruments and our device. Alhamdulillah, there was not even a single point of difference.

Then I asked: how reliable is the refractometer in testing the quality of desi ghee? Both major labs unanimously replied: “We always test on this device first, and then conduct further tests. It has never happened that ghee passes on the refractometer but fails in other tests. Around 75% of ghee quality is determined right here.”

Since I had gone with special recommendations and paid the fees, they even performed additional adulteration experiments at my request to satisfy me. None of the adulterated samples passed the test.

This has gotten quite lengthy. In short, if you can perform just two tests, everything becomes clear before you:

We conduct both of these. In 70–80% of cases, the first test alone is sufficient. If someone is an extremely skilled fraudster, they will still be caught in the second test.

As for the respected gentleman who raised objections, he even listed tests that are not performed in Pakistan at all, or are completely unnecessary. There are many other issues in his writing too, but responding to each would make this discussion endless.

May Allah grant us understanding, the ability to earn halal sustenance, and the humility to acknowledge and respect the hard work of others.
